APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Greeley

My wife and I have lived in the apartment complex for a while now and I would recommend this complex to anyone and everyone looking in the Greeley area. Any time we have had an issue in the apartment (which honestly doesn't happen a lot, everything is in good condition) the maintenance team has always got it done either that day or first thing the next day, and they always do a great job! Management is VERY kind and helpful, we have never had an issue with the management. Luis Castro and Ashley Gonzalez are always polite and don't just see you as a resident they take the time to get to know you! The property is very well maintained and clean. It's nice to have a gym on the property with 24/7 access, and a pool that is very clean as well. The apartments, for being an older complex, are very clean and tidy, I have had very few issues with my apartment! I don't have to drive very far to work, it's close to entertainment as well as restaurants or shopping, which is GREAT! I would DEFINATLEY recommend Franklin Flats Apartments.

I recently moved to Franklin Flats Apartments and I am really happy to live here. Luis Castro is very professional and made my apartment hunting process very smooth and easy.

i recently started looking for a place and i found the franklin flats and decided to apply, i got a call the same day i put in the application and within a week or two i had my keys! so far me and my family are loving the place it’s the perfect amount of space we need and it’s pet friendly! ashley and luis are the managers and have an amazing help!!

Enjoyed my time here, maintenance was alway fast and landlords were friendly. All apartments updated and really nice.

I would just like to say Jessie on the maintenance staff is Amazing Easily the reason why I will be Renewing my Lease! Friendly, Dependable and on Call everytime me and my neighbors have an Emergency. Means Everything!! Recommend this Apartments Based on this alone. Great Job Keep it Up 😊
