I went in with my head held high and I left with the same expectations I was hoping for. Being a college student, I get so busy with school and work and the team at Franklin Flats made my experience easier. They were very attentive and helpful with any questions I had. They are people I will always remember for the rest of my life.

My husband and I moved here from Louisiana we've been living here for 2 months we love it here everyone is so friendly manager n Everyone in the office are very helpful the manager made it easy n less stressful with our move.

My roommate and I were left without a place the live at the last second, The flats gave us the first 3 months rent at half price and were accommodating to our time frame. Brenda, the current manager is very caring and takes care of her tenants. Wood floors, cold A/C, quiet and safe!!
